possible to produce a good product, they didn’t try to cheap out, they

other studies aimed at discovering why fish oil products go rancid so

source products have a long shelf life and tend to maintain their
freshness and potency up to a year beyond the date stamped on the
bottle, researchers wanted to know why fish oil products spoiled so
easily. Finally the answer is discovered. Plant source EFAs stay fresh and potent while fish source EFAs may go unpredictably bad because plant source products are NATURALLY PROTECTED by high amounts of naturally occurring Vitamin E contained in the plant. Ethics of Good Health – How A Post Graduate Philosophy Class Has A
Direct Impact on YOUR Health! The
morning was crisp and cool. The first day of the new semester in the Philosophy
Department at The University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas is about to
begin. Seven
students, each working toward their doctorate degree in philosophy, are
seated around a rectangular table, chatting, fidgeting, and anticipating
the arrival of Dr. John Miller. Dr.
Miller is no average professor and taking postgraduate ethics at one of
the most prestigious colleges of philosophy in the United States is no
average classroom experience. Dr.
Miller, a frequent speaker at philosophy conferences, is recognized as
an intellectual giant in the field of ethics.
Having an ethics class with Dr. Miller is like having private
golf lessons with Tiger Woods or like taking a film making class with
Stephen Spielberg. The
room is small. The subject
is large. After
all, ethics is the study of right and wrong and your decisions about
right and wrong guide your choices throughout your life. If
you’re president, your ethics determine the course of your nation.

All in all, pretty serious stuff. I
did not attend that class, but my wife Elizabeth was there, one of the
seven students. What
you are about to hear are the first words that Dr. Miller spoke as the
advanced ethics class officially began on that first day.
Dr.
Miller walked in, made eye contact with each student, and stood in
silence at the head of the table. A
hush fell over the room. Dr.
Miller began, “The entire subject of ethics, everything, all of it,
including everything you will learn in this class, boils down to this;
Do good. Avoid evil.” Amazing!
The ethics of living a good life and the ethics of achieving and
maintaining excellent health have a great deal in common.
In fact, they are identical! If
you want excellent health you must do good.
In other words, you must consistently do the good things that
support the creation and maintenance of excellent health.
Doing otherwise AUTOMATICALLY sets the creation process for poor
health spinning into motion.
Also,
if you want excellent health you must avoid evil.
In other words you must develop the habit of avoiding things that
interfere with you reaching your good-health goal.
What
brilliant simplicity! Do
the things that make you healthy and avoid things that sap your energy
and damage your health. Apply
this formula and your health will improve dramatically.
No other outcome is possible! If
Dr. Miller wrote a book titled, “The Ethics of Good Health”, it is
certain there would be a chapter teaching how extremely important it is
to keep your body well supplied with the raw materials that make
excellent health and vitality possible.
Not
supplying your body the raw materials it needs to function properly is a
